Every body has equal right and equal opportunity to get Justice for him or herself as any other person has. Under the equal right of Justice–process every body has right to mange and act according to law . And this right is play the main roll to change the Justice in an unjust ice :—– 1/The whole procedure of Justification is never begins and never end in a court,but many other means of system like administration , witnesses act also effects the whole procedure before the a case for Justice actual begins A/There is no any control of Justice on the influence connection , sources of plaintiff or defender and these factors play thus rolls to …in favor of the person this is a fact of today. these factors create favorable situation ,change process in manner that Justice system became helpless, paralysis under its own boundaries, though it know and understand well the truth the real facts. B/Justice depends on lawyer`s arguments and good debates and on proofs, knowledge of law and great intelligence for argument, and off course a group of very capable lawyers always. This means that if a plaintiff or defendant has its own guts, place in society and having money he may appoint the best lawyer or lawyer`s company opposite of it. it may happen that his appoint the same capable lawyers. we can not deny that these factors also effect the Justice. These points are clarified that a rich and able person may get favourable diseisions through the capale lawyers and his personal influences on the various chains of justice system but a common person never do that generally. In these conditions how we can say that all have similar opportunity and right for Justice. In fact this equality of right the biggest inequality in the way of real Justice. If Justice is equal for all, then Why Justice not Arrest the process of just who making Unjust in the name of Justice.
